Anastasia

LOS ANGELES-BASED Creative director

I specialize in bringing brands to life through thoughtful creative strategy, storytelling, and design. I spend my time with people that inspire and challenge me, and put my energy into projects that feed my curiosity. I thrive in high-paced, high-stress work environments, and am no stranger to helping make seemingly impossible ideas become reality.

Notable Works

I was brought onto the Rivian team in the Fall of 2017 as their Brand Strategist and also helped Art Direct. At this time the company was still in “stealth mode” and was looking to debut publicly in fall of 2018. I worked closely with Rivian’s Creative Director, CEO, and vehicle design team, to redefine the Rivian brand and build it into what it is today. This once in a lifetime opportunity to build an electric vehicle company from a clean slate has been the most rewarding endeavor I’ve yet experienced. I’m proud to still be with Rivian 6+ years on.

The Rivian brand

“unlocking your rivian”

I lead Production Design at Rivian for some time and “Unlocking your Rivian” is just one example of the type of world building I helped pull off for our productions.

There’s a lot of fun details in this piece. I’m most proud of working with our Employees and their families as talent, being as sustainable as possible with our curation of owned and pre-loved items, a small but mighty dedicated art department who nailed the vision, as well as an over achieving intern who help me make a last-minute custom book wall 1-hour prior to filming.

First mile demo drives

I lead Production Design for the physical experiences at First Mile, Rivian’s first ever customer drive events that toured the US in the fall of 2022. It was important to our team that our customers not only drove our vehicles, but learned about charging, color and material, vehicle storage, and adventure products. I had a few weeks to come up with a plan, source everything, and work directly with fabricators to implement the designs and ideas. Our internal team at Rivian also worked closely with This Design the to bring this experience to life. This project was very hands on and needed to be replicated in multiple cities and I took great pride in being able to oversee this experience for our customers.

The city lines “Waiting on a win”

I enjoy creating on the side of my day job, and working with The City Lines gave me an opportunity I’ve always dreamt of, working with musicians and helping lend visuals to audio. I lead the Creative Direction, designed all graphics, and shot the majority of the photography for the release of their debut Album “Waiting on a Win” along with all associated aspects around the release, including single cover art, social media graphics, and merchandise design.
